Sheetbase ("we", "our", or "us") is an open-source Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables local AI agents to interact with Google Sheets. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you use our service at sheetbase.flonest.app.

2. What Data We Collect

When you connect your Google Account to Sheetbase, we collect and store the following information:

• Profile Information: Your basic profile information, including your email address.
• OAuth Credentials: We securely store Google OAuth access and refresh tokens to authorize API requests on your behalf.
• Service Metadata: Information necessary to provide the service, such as API keys you generate on our dashboard.

3. How We Process and Cache Your Data

Sheetbase executes operations dynamically against the Google Sheets REST API. To provide features such as fast data analysis and safe write operations, we temporarily cache certain data:

• Temporary Analysis Cache: When using the analyze_range feature, raw sheet row data may be temporarily cached in our database for up to 60 seconds to improve performance.
• Pre-Write Snapshots: When using write_range or transform_range, we may store pre-write snapshots of your spreadsheet data to enable undo/restore behavior and prevent accidental data loss.
• Drive Metadata: We may access Google Drive metadata if required (for example, to convert CSVs into Sheets or list your available spreadsheets).

4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Sheetbase's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We do not sell your data to any third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
• We strictly use your data to provide and improve the requested spreadsheet automation features.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You retain full control over your data. You can revoke our access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account Settings.

To request a complete deletion of your account, API keys, stored OAuth tokens, and any cached sheet snapshots from our servers, please contact us at support@sheetbase.flonest.app. We will process your deletion request promptly.
